Baptismal font of painted sandstone, probably from the main re-building of this church in the early-17th century; it is chalice-shaped, with a wide band bearing an inscription in German all around the basin, the underbowl decorated with a ribbed pattern; roll moulding at the centre ring; conical splaying base decorated on the sides and also painted. There is no cover proper but a modern metal baptismal dish has been fitted at the top; the original circumference is still visible but cement or similar has been used to narrow the inner diameter of the basin. Apparently a small wooden vessel that has survived was used in its instead between 1728 and 1869.
