Described in Berggren (2002: 171 fn38) as a baptismal font of the Paradise type (group 7 or "lily-tree" fonts), one of three -with the fonts at Roholte and Valløby [cf. corresponding Index entries]- "made with the same template" of ornamental "trees and heraldic lions". [NB: is the above correct? the font here appears to have just a moulding and a a ribbed pattern below -- also, the base appears to be a later replacement]
