The present baptismal font in the new church is made of painted and gilded wood; it consists of an hexagonal basin decorated with lions heads at the corners of the upper rim; foliage and scrolls are painted and carved on the upper sides; the arrises down the underbowl sides appear to be ropes or braids; ribbed ball at centre ring; boxy hexagonal lower base, also wood. The batismal dish appears to be of brass.
