Font Notes:
Noted in the parish site [www.paroquia-ssebastiao.com/a-igreja] [accessed 27 April 2014] as a baptismal font of the 16th century. Baptismal font made of granite, consisting of a roughly hemispherical basin decorated with a torus-scotia combination at the upper end, a ribbed pattern with alternating convex and concave ribs around the underbowl, raised on a modern pedestal base of circular shape. There is a round, flat and plain wooden cover secured to the upper rim of the basin; the metal staples securing the cover have damaged and split the stone.
