Church Notes: church originally 12thC Romanesque, but now chiefly 15thC Listed in Mérimée [ref.: PA00103030]: "De la première église recensée en 1156, il ne reste rien. L'édifice actuel fut achevé en 1486. Détruit pendant les troubles religieux, il subit des travaux au 15e siècle (démolition des pilastres ronds de la muraille sud ; croisées d'ogives ; construction de deux travées semblables à celles existantes. L'édifice fut à nouveau transformé en 1665. En 1703, l'église fut incendiée sans subir de dommages sur son gros oeuvre. Délabrée sous la Révolution, la municipalité la fait restaurer en 1816."

Baptismal font consisting of a roughly hemispherical basin decorated with two parallel mouldings around the side, a concave pattern of stylised diagonal ribs covering the underbowl; the ribs have linking elements between them; the polygonal base has mouldings too. Listed in Palissy [ref.: PM30000125]: "16e siècle".
