The present baptismal font here is a 17th-century vessel in white marble; it consists of a basin with the double-basin arrangement on the inside, the outside decorated with the common arrangement of godrons and cherub heads, raised on a round baluster pedestal base decorated with flat godrons, on a square lower base. Listed in Palissy [ref.: PM34000356]: "fonts baptismaux [...] marbre (blanc) [...] La vasque divisée en trois compartiments (piscine, réserve d'eau baptismale, coffret des saintes huiles) est ornée extérieurement de godrons plats et de quatre têtes d'anges en relief. Le support, en forme de balustre sur un socle carré, est également orné de godrons plats. [...] 17e siècle". [NB: we have no information on the font of the original Romanesque church here].
