Stone baptismal font of the 12th century noted in Joanne (1879). Baptismal font consisting of a square basin raised on a broad central shaft and four detached angle colonnettes, on a a square lower base; the upper rim of the basin has a row of round arch-heads; the sides of the basin is decorated with a pattern of broad leaves, the ones at the corners scrolled and serving as capital for the angle colonnettes of the base, which have roll mouldings below and at the base; one of the moulded bases of the angle colonnettes has a humanoid (?) head; there is an animal protome on the moulding of the broad shaft; the lower base is square in shape and has been repaired with cement. The whole font appears to have been painted with a reddish wash. Listed in Palissy [ref.: PM02000331] with date in the 12th century.
