Stone baptismal font consisting of a square basin with a round underbowl, decorated with a human head at each corner, large foliated motifs on the underbowl and the capitals of the base columns; raised on a broad central shaft with four angle constructional columns, all five decorated with mouldings; on a square lower base. Listed in Palissy [ref.: PM02000777]: "Cuve circulaire reposant sur un fût cylindrique, mais carré par le haut et accosté de quatre colonnettes. Figure d'ange à chaque angle [...] 12e siècle". [NB: the heads on the basin do not seem to be 12thC -- is this a later font altogether?]
