Church Notes: church originally 12thC, fortified later -- listed in Mérimée [ref.: PA00115957]: "L'église a subi de multiples remaniements au cours des siècles. De l'église primitive du 12e siècle ne subsiste qu'une partie du massif occidental, présentant un grand clocher à baies en plein-cintre et muni d'un élégant triforium. Le clocher est épaulé de croisillons qui semblent être les seuls vestiges des bas-côtés de la nef aujourd'hui disparus, vestiges néanmoins fortement remaniés, puisqu'une tour a été accolée au croisillon nord aux 15e-16e siècles. Quant au portail occidental, il a été refait à la même époque. La nef et le choeur ont été en grande partie reconstruits au 17e siècle."
