Church Notes: 12thC church listed in Mérimée [ref.: PA00082457]: "Certaines sculptures permettent de dire que l'église existait au 12e siècle. En 1340, elle dépendait de l'archiprêtré de Daglan. En 1350, elle fut unie à la paroisse de Castelnaud. L'évêque de Sarlat en était collateur. L'édifice se compose d'une nef, d'un choeur et d'une abside semi-circulaire. La nef a été revoûtée au 18e siècle d'un plafond lambrissé. Chapiteaux sculptés. Sur l'arc triomphal s'élève un clocher en fronton percé de deux baies. Pour accéder aux cloches, il avait été aménagées, sur la face sud de la toiture des lauzes saillantes en forme de marches."
