Church Notes: church built in 1866; the village must have had an earlier church, as it as originally independant from Orthez
Baptismal font consisting of a small hemispherical basin decorated with a lip moulding at the upper rim; raised on a plain cylindrical pedestal base, a round lower base and a miniscule square plinth; modern. Metal cover of low conical shape with arrises and a Latin cross finial; also modern. Noted and illustrated in Visites Aquitaine [http://visites.aquitaine.fr/fonts-baptismaux-de-l-eglise-de-sainte-suzanne] [accessed 3 December 2013]: "Les fonts baptismaux de l’église Sainte-Suzanne [...] reposent sur un fût de colonne cylindrique avec base carrée. Ils sont creusés dans une pierre hémisphérique dont le bord fortement saillant est mouluré en quart-de-rond. Un couvercle conique à arêtes, avec une petite croix sommitale, protège l’eau bénite contenue dans la cuve."
