Church Notes: "Afin de remplacer un édifice ancien et vieilli, il est décidé de reconstruire entièrement l’église placée sous le vocable de saint Martin. Les plans sont fournis par l’arpenteur Jean-Pierre Pourtau, qui dessine un nouveau clocher mais prévoit la reconstruction de la nef à l’identique, avec les matériaux de démolition. Les travaux, menés par les charpentiers Godeboeuf père et fils, commencent aussitôt, et sont entièrement achevés en 1828." The present font, consisting of a moulded shallow round basin decorated with ball motif, raised on a polygonal pedestal base and a round moulded lower base is modern; made of white marble. No cover.
