The present font consists of a roughly hemispherical basin with a pronounced moulding at the upper rim, raised on a moulded round pedestal base; incised inscription with date 1524 on the upper rim; made of reddish marble. Wooden cover round, flat and plain, with brass handle and hinges; hinged in the middle. [NB: we have no information on the font of the original 14th-century church here].
