Church Notes: original church here of the 14th-15thC, much restored in the early-16thC -- the church and the cemetery cross are listed in Mérimée [ref.: PA00089675]: "La calvaire, au sommet du fût, sur une face, porte la représentation de la Crucifixion ; sur l'autre, celle du Christ en juge souverain assis. Aux pieds du Christ, deux personnages debout, sans doute la Vierge et Saint-Jean. Le fût cylindrique porte, à ses extrémités, trois rangs de moulures formant base et chapiteaux. Un socle carré, à pans coupés, supporte ce fût. Le tout repose sur un massif composé de deux marches. [...] 16e siècle"
Baptismal font of the double-font type, made of granite; it consists of an upper block that has two well-defined basins, main and the secondary, both octagonal (allowance made for the shared sides] on the outside and round on the inside; there are two large metal anchors at the upper rim of the basins, an indication that both basins had individual covers at some time in the past; a double parallel moulding runs around both basins; the pedestal bases are separate, both square; the main base has a band of broad-rib pattern around the top, and is rounded in the middle to become square again at the bottom; the base of the secondary basin is of somewhat similar shape, slightly thinner in volume. There is no plinth.
