Listed and illustrated in López de Guereñu [https://photo.araba.eus/s/photoaraba/item/66090] [accessed 26 July 2024]: "Pila bautismal de la iglesia de la Asunción de Nuestra Señora de Tuesta (Araba/Álava) Vista frontal de una pila bautismal, sin pie, y decorada con acanaladuras en la copa." Baptismal font consisting of a large roughly hemispherical basin decorated with large convex-rib pattern on the outside, raised on a round-to-square squat base; the inner sides of the basin are decorated with concave ribbing. The carving and the general workmanship is crude. No cover present. [NB: the church may date to the Transitional period but we have no information from the font of that time].
