The present baptismal font in this church is of the monolithic double-font design; it consists of a main octagonal basin that incorporates a pedestal base of practically the same volume and shape, and a secondary square basin on a sqaure pedestal base of equal volume; the whole is decorated with parallel mouldings, including one at the upper rim. There are modern wooden covers on both basins, flat and plain, one octagonal, the other square. We have not been able to inspect the inner wells of the basins, but it is likely that the drain will be in the smaller secondary basin. The font is located at the west corner where the nave meets the north transept; inside this transept, wall-mounted to the right of the altar, is an octagonal Gothic-style holy-water stoup. [NB: we have no infomation on the font of the original 12th-century church here]
