Baptismal font consisting of a roughly hemispherical basin decorated with very broad ribbed pattern all around; the inner well of the basin has been altered with a vertical partition that has created a smaller undrained area to hold the holy water, and a larger one with the central drain as part of it [cf. Index entries for double-fonts, chiefly in France]; it is raised on a round pedestal base. The wooden cover is flat, round and plain , hinged across the middle; modern; there appears to be no anchorage hardware on the basin itself, which often tends to indicate a later date.
