Baptismal font consisting of a very large basin of roughly hemispherical shape, raised on an octagonal pedestal base; the basin has two carvings on it: a Maltese cross and a charged shield; the front of the basin has a large notch carved out of the stone, obviously to accommodate the large hasp of an earlier font cover, but the present one on the modern font cover is much smaller; if the two carvings are original, the font is probably 15th-century, despite the indication that a large basin like this might belong to an earlier period; the polygonal (octagonal?) base has a doubkle moulding atop, and has a small lower base that ends in a square shape at the bottom; it appears to be of a later date.
