The present font in this church consists of a roughly hemispheric basin decorated with a pair of simple horizontal grooves around the sides, and a pattern of stylised ribs on the underbowl; the round pedestal stem is of bulbous shape, with concave rib pattern on the side and rope mouldings at both ends; on a short quadrangular plinth. The upper rim of the basin shows a metal staple for the locking of a missing (?) cover. [NB: we have no information on the font of the original late-12th century church here].
