A font-looking object located outside the church, against the west wall, by the west portal. It is monolithic but it is shaped as having a large basin of rounded tapering formand a short base of similar shape inverted; between the two is the only ornament on the object, a moulding (rope moulding?). The object is very eroded and covered in lichens, and shows signs of damage and repairs all around [NB: the basin well is full of murky rain water so it could not be ascertained whether it originally had a drain or not. It appears to be the right for a font. [cf. Index entry for Cha No. 2 for a listed font inside the church].
