The present baptismal font is made of fine-grain granite and consists of an octagonal (?) basin of plain short sides with a rounded underbowl, raised on short pedestal octagonal-to-square base. The wooden cover is octagonal and flat with moulded sides, and is secured to the basin side via a short hasp [NB: we have no information on the font from the original late-12th century church here].
