Avila (2012) notes the inventory of 1719 lists a "pila de agua bendita de madera" [wooden holy-water stoup] in this church/chapel, and it probably survived in use well into the 20th century, when it was replaced by a gift stoup from Valverde; the wooden stoup was discarded and ended as a trough in a nearby pigsty.
