Noted and illustrated in Ruprich-Robert (1855) as a stoup decorated with four garlands, in the old classical style; it has a strange hemispherical protrusion at the base, of unknown use. It is documented in the database Palissy [ref.: IM27009324] [www.culture.gouv.fr/public/mistral/palissy_fr] [accessed 5 March 2013] as a limestone stoup of the 15th century.
