The present font, like the church itself, is a mid-19th century replacement of the earlier medieval one here. It is styled in a design of the Early English period and consists of a basin that is quatrefoiled on the outside and square inside, raised on a cluster of five columns and a square lower base. The wooden font cover is square and flat but has a very ornate metal carving atop. [NB: we have no information on the font from the original church here].
