On-site notes: only ruins remain of this monastery and its 12th-century church that is said to have replaced an earlier one from ca. 1107. The parish church, Iglesia de San Millán Abad, dates from the 19th century, as does the village itself. The parish church, and some of the works in the area are said to have been constructed using stone from the old monastery after the early-19th century dissolution of the Spanish monasteries.
