There is a very crude wall-mounted holy-water stoup in the later church, rounded and with a bulge on the right side that has been interpreted as a mask or face [="carota", "cara molt esquemàtica"]. The stoup may have originally belonged to the earlier church here, or be simply a very crude one of the new church. Garcia (2011) notes a medieval church mentioned in a 13th-century document; the church is thought to have been of the 12th century, and located in the Camino de Sant Joan Vell. [NB: we have no information on the fonts of either church here].
