The present font in this church is of the modern type found on the island: a small roughly hemispherical basin raised on a bulbous pedestal base; the basin sides are decorated with a wavy line containing acanthus vines; the pedestal base has four human heads at 90-degree angles. A painted inscription around the upper rim side of the basin identifies it as the work of Carl-Johan Ivarsson, of 1738 [NB: we have no information on the medieval font of this church].
