Roger et al. (1844) mention in passing the baptistery [="la chapelle des fonts baptismaux"], but not the font itself. Listed in Palissy [ref.: PM80000595] as a baptismal font of ther 13th century, but no details given in the listing. The design of this font includes a rounded basin in a quadrangular frame formed by four angle colonnettes, with some varians, like the other medieval fonts in the Somme at Bergicourt, Cerisy-Buleux, Fourcigny, Gentelles, Neuville-les-Loeuilly, Rouvrel, Wiry au Mont, etc. The only decoration on it are the moulded capitals and bases of the angle colonnettes. The former wooden structure that covered the font before 1918 has disappeared. It now sports a low-dome quadrangular wooden cover with a short cross finial; appears modern but, is this the same font cover listed in Palissy [ref.: PM80000596]?: "clôture des fonts baptismaux [...] 16e siècle".
