Font Notes:
Harrison (1920) notes a 14th-century font in this church. The Victoria County History (Sussex, vol. 3, 1935) notes: "The church was built during the 13th century and refitted early in the 19th century. [...] The font has a modern bowl on an earlier base contemporary with the church" The VCH interior plan (ibid.) shows a font beneath the gallery, at the west end of the nave.
