Font Notes:
The Victoria County History (Huntingdon, vol. 2, 1932) notes: "The south doorway of the chancel and the north doorway of the nave were of the 12th century [...] This church was pulled down in 1863, and a new church erected on the same site in 1864–5 [...] The modern font is a square bowl on five circular shafts." The VCH (ibid.) notes also that the register for baptisms starts in 1558. [NB: we have no information on the font of the medieval church here].
