Font Notes:
There are several churches in Sendling, a borough of Munich. Of these only one appears to be pre-1700, just, the Kirche St. Korbinian (Gotzingerplatz Ecke Valleystraße). Alte Pfarrkirche St. Margaret (Plinganserstraße 1, Ecke Lindwurmstraße) dates from the early 18th century and Neue Pfarrkirche St. Margaret (Margaretenkirche, Margaretenplatz 1) is 19th-century. Other Christian churches: Kirche St. Achaz (Fallstraße 7), Himmelfahrtskirche (Kidlerstraße 15), but we have no information of any pre-1700 baptismal font in any of them. The metal baptismal font at the Neue Pfarrkirche St. Margaret is modern, cylindrical in shape; it bears a modern rendition of the Crucifixion on its from side.
