Baptismal font made of coarse granite and consisting of a roughly hemispherical basin decorated with a flat moulding below the uppe rim, bearing a zigzag pattern all around; the sides and underbowl are covered in a pattern of diagonal ribs or piping, and there is thin moulding at the lower end; raised on a short cylindrical stem that appears to be of a finer stone, decorated with a roll moulding at the bottom; the lower base appears square and is mostly buried in the flooring now; it has spurs at the angles. There appears to be no cover in use now [January 2012], but the upper rim of the font retains a metal anchor that would have been use to secure the old cover. The older parts of the church date probably from the 13th-15th centuries, and the font probably fits there as well.
