The present font in the parish church of this hamlet of Lena is probably a composite of a modern basin and an older base. The church itself dates back to the 11th-12th century (?) monastery to which is said to have belonged, and the portal is indeed Romanesque, although the font itself is nowhere close to that date; the quadrangular pedestal base may be medieval. [NB: we have no information on the original basin of this font].
