One of two composite stoups [cf. Index entry for Aire sur l'Adour No. 2 for the other one] now in use in the church of St. Quiteria. This one, located at the west end of the nave, north side, is made of three unrelated parts: a round shallow moulded basin, a ceiling boss with a coat of arms in which is a bishop's or abbot's mitre, and a square lower base decorated with foliage. We do not have any information on when the object was made up.
