This font now serves as decoration in a dining area of the hotel 'Antiguo Palacio de Atienza'; the font appears monolithic, the basin volume large and decorated with very broad flat ribs between a roll moulding at the upper rim and another at the neck between the basin and the squat round base. No font cover present but a metal staple remains from the old cover hardware. [NB: we have no information on the origin of the font, but a third-party communication to BSI (e-mail of 13 August 2020), originally by the hotel manager / owner(?), indicates that the font was part of the acquisition of the original property, as it was found in a ruinous annex incorporated in the acquisition contract, buried among the firewood and debris [="lo compró al Opus y en el contrato tambien tenía que comprar algun anexo bastante ruinoso utilizado como leñera y depósito de escombros. Cuando retiraron todo, apareció la pila que ahora luce en el jardin y que debe de pertenecer a la Iglesia de San Gil, segun me cuenta y le han contado."]
