Noted and illustrated in 'Sevillapedia' [http://wikanda.sevillapedia.es/wiki/Iglesia_de_Nuestra_Se%C3%B1ora_de_la_Oliva] as a baptismal font originally from Flanders. The font, which appears to have been set up as a holy-water stoup, consists of two parts that may not belong together originally: the base is a fluted cylindrical column that looks suspiciously like a Roman pillar; the basin, probably two large for a capital, appears quadrangular, with heads (?) or bulges at the angles and other carvings on the sides. [NB: the church dates originally from the 13th century, but with expansions and restorations of the 15th, 16th and 18th centuries -- we have no information on the origins of this font]
