The RCAHMW (Pembroke, 1925) notes: "The font is an irregular hexagon, possibly of the 15th century; the basin is circular, with a diameter of 18 inches. Traces of hinge and staple for a cover remain.—Visited, 22nd October, 1914." [NB: the following was posted in The Church of Wales / Yr Eglwys yngh Nghymru web site: "The former Llanycefn Church (sometimes dedicated to St. Non) is in the rural hamlet of Llanycefn in rural Pembrokeshire, approximately seven miles from Narberth. The building is not listed. If interested parties wish to consider any conversion of the building it is suggested that enquiries are made with the Planning Department of Pembrokeshire County Council.
