Noted in Carrasco Terriza et al. (2006) as a baptismal font as a baptismal font of the 17th century made of local grey marble; the basin stands on a baluster-shaped pedestal base. The original church may date to the 15th century [NB: we have no information on the fonts from the Mezquita in this town, built on the original site of a Visigothic basilica, and later used as as Christian church under the advocation of St. Mary].
