Church Notes: the present ermita [rural chapel] was originally the parish church of the abandoned hamlet of Urria / Urrilla; said locally to have been built on a very early building, perhaps Visigothic; modified 12thC; restored and modified in 1954, including the move of the south portal to the west side

Noted in Valle Barreda (2005) as a baptismal font of the Romanesque period; the round basin has a linked-circle two-strand braid all around, and a broad riib pattern below; squat round-to-square lower base with a roll moulding and ball motifs at the four corners. No cover present.
