Noted and illustrated in the Enciclopedia del románico en Castilla-La Mancha: Cuenca (2009) as a medieval hemispherical basin said to be originally from the nearby abandoned hamlet of Plieguezuelo; it may have been moved to Gascueña as early as the 15th century, and said to have been burned during the transport; the basin has burn marks on it despite a coat of reddish paint; it also has a cement repair at the upper rim where a large chunk broke off; it has a moulding at the upper rim, a thick zig-zag below, and a ribbed pattern on the underbowl that is curiously split between round-end ribs and flat-end ribs. Crude wooden cover, round and flat.
