Stone baptismal font recorded in the archives of the Göteborgs stadsmuseum, where it probably was held since its removal from the parish church in the 1870s. The font may have been returned to the church. The font consists of a hemispherical basin decorated with wide ribs below a torus-scotia combination at the rim moulding; the conical splaying base is of two parts, the upper one with a roll moulding atop. The Museum notes indicate this is a work from Gotland dated to the 13th century. The font is indeed a good example of one of the font of the 'Paradis' group.
