The Bristish Listed Churches database [http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-114858-parish-church-of-the-holy-innocents-lama] [accessed 13 July 2010] notes: "There is a C14 stoup with plain round head E of the main door", but does not mention a baptismal font in this church. The octagonal font located in the nave, by the south entranceway, consists of an octgonal basin with plain sides and a moulded underbowl, raised on a pedestal base and plinth; it appears modern, probably from the mid-19th century restoration of this church by A.W. Blomfield. [NB: the original church goes back to Norman times, but we have no information on the earlier font(s)]
