Noted in García Gómez (2007) as a crude baptismal font of the Romanesque period, one of group of cognate fonts (Castejón del Campo, Hinojosa del Campo, Pinilla del Campo, Sauquillo del Alcázar and Taroda). Described in the website of the municipality [http://www.almenardesoria.es] [accessed 12 June 2010]: "pila bautismal de vaso troncocónico, con bocel en la embocadura, seguido por cenefa en zigzag y después friso de toscos tallos ondulantes. Finalmente, se halla una serie de nueve arquillos de medio punto."
