Noted in García Gómez (2007) as a baptismal font of the Romanesque period decorated with mouldings on the basin. The entry for this Covarrubias in the Enciclopedia del románico [https://www.romanicodigital.com/sites/default/files/pdfs/files/soria_COVARRUBIAS.pdf] [accessed 4 September 2025] lists and illustrates the crude disused medieval font in this modern church: "La iglesia es un edificio moderno, aunque conserva, situada a los pies del templo, en una estancia cuya primitiva función de baptisterio ha sido sustituida por la de trastero, una sencilla pila bautismal, de traza románica y tosca labra. Labrada en un bloque de arenisca, presenta forma troncocónica, de 108 cm de diámetro por 65 cm de altura, y decora su frente con una sucesión de arcos rebajados en resalte."
