Noted in García Gómez (2007) as a Romanesque baptismal font, plain and chalice shaped. Listed and illustrated in the Enciclopedia del románico [https://www.romanicodigital.com/sites/default/files/pdfs/files/soria_CASTILLEJO_DE_SAN_PEDRO.pdf] [accessed 1 September 2025]: "En el baptisterio sito en el fondo de la nave, protegida por reja de madera, hallamos la pila baustismal, labrada en un bloque de caliza y de traza románica. Presenta copa semiesférica lisa, de 106 cm de diámetro y 53 cm de altura, sobre tenante cilíndrico de 30 cm de altura y el tradicional basamento circular escalonado. De ruda factura, como la nave y portada del propio edificio".
