Noted in García Gómez (2007). Baptismal font of the Romanesque period, of a group of Soria fonts decorated with a rope moulding around the upper rim that includes the fonts at Alparrache, Cobertelada, Matute de Almazán, Duañez, Ojuel [http://soria-virtual.com/almazan/cobertelada/gmx-niv143-con8881.htm] [accessed 25 April 2010]. The entry for Cobertelada in the Enciclopedia del románico [https://www.romanicodigital.com/sites/default/files/pdfs/files/soria_COBERTELADA.pdf] [accessed 1 September 2025] gives the advocation of its church to "San Pascual", which appears to be the current patronage but, since San Pascual Baylón was a 16th-century person the original advocation of the medieval may have been to St. Michael; the entry lists and illustrates the Romanesque baptismal font in it: "Conserva la iglesia, a los pies de la nave y bajo el coro, encerrada por una reja de madera, la pila bautismal original. Presenta copa troncocónica, de 102 cm de diámetro y 71 cm de altura, ornándose con un grueso bocel sogueado junto a la embocadura, al estilo de la de Alparrache. Boceles sogueados los encontramos adornando las pilas de Ojuel, Duáñez, Matute de Almazán, etc."
