Font Notes:
Noted in García Gómez (2007) as one of group of Romanesque fonts in Soria province kept in very poor conditions and in danger of total destruction; this particular one is serving as a planter outside. This is the second of two fonts noted by the author in this locality; it is listed as bucket-shaped and plain. The object stands outside the church, precariously cemented to the ground; it appears badly damaged on the sides and upper rim; it is round with tapering sides; a crude work. [NB: not clear whether or not this font belongs/belonged to the parish church] [cf. Index entry for Fuensauco No. 1and No. 3 for two other medieval objects in this locality]
