Noted and illustrated in the CRSBI (2019): "12thc font to L of S doorway. [...] Tub-shaped, tapering toward the base. On modern stem and base (below). Round basin lined with lead. Chisel marks on exterior of font. Damage on SW face. Repair on E face. [...] The stem and base of the font date to 1883 (information provided in booklet)." Newman & Pevsner (2006) note: "Font. Plain C12 tub." The entry for this church in Historic England [Listing NGR: SO5251271004] notes: "Church. C12 core with additions of the C13 and C15, restored 1883. [...] Plain C12 tub font on C19 pillared-stem and base."
