Noted and illustrated in the Enciclopedia del románico en Castilla-La Mancha: Guadalajara (2009) as Romanesque 13th-century font made of limestone; it consists of roughly hemispheric basin decorated with the common pattern found in Guadalajara fonts: moulding at the upper rim, with round arch-heads below and a pattern of braod ribs down the sides and underbowl; in this case the work is very crude, the arch-heads with an incised line tracing the arches from above; raised on a squat round-to-square base decorated with striated pattern, now very faint. The Enciclopedia… (ibid.) points out some similarty with the font at nearby Las Inviernas, although the latter is a more sophisticated piece. Some damage showing on the upper rim.
