Font Notes:
[=Early-medieval period, remains of a church that could be described as Mozarabic, square plant with square apse. At the west end of the nave, near the west wall, is what must surely be the baptismal font]. The object is round and much weathered now, with a hole on the side, which may point to either a fountain, or, if it was indeed a font, a re-use as a water-trough or similar function.
